Can you source the type of clothes I’m looking for?

Yes,we can source everything for your brand, from the type of fabric you are looking for to the components like zippers, buttons, and labels, and make a complete product for you.

Also, we can do screen printing, cut and sew manufacturing, sublimation printing, embroidery in our own factory.

Are you a wholesaler, agency, or manufacturer?

We are factory and supplier not a agency, We have our own sample team, design team and production line and directly producing your clothing line in an excellent fit.

Which language do you speak?

We mainly using English for communicating when language plays a vital role in hassle-free communication.It will be easily able to understand each other concerns and have a meaningful conversation.

What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?

Moq is 100pcs, but we can talk about moq if you have multiple color and design to do.

When can I expect my order?

Sample is normally take around 2-3 weeks, bulk order will take around 3-4 weeks but they all depends on the design and some customized part.

Can i visit your clothing factory?

Yes, we are happy to talk with you in person when visit our factory and we provide pick up service after you arrived.in-person visit is the best way to assess our factory’s production equipment and learn about its operations. You’ll discover how we treat workers, handle the raw materials,and how we manage our production process as well as inspections in the production lines.

What do you charge for samples?

Sample fee is 50-100USD per design depends on style&design.

At the same time, Sample fee will return when you place bulk order over 300pcs per color.

Do they have any certifications?

Yes, we have CRS certification,SGS and BSCl certificate.

Can you offer an estimated quote?

We normally provide estimated price before sample process after we check your design to make sure everything within your budget. And then final price when sample finished.More accurate production cost will be given by evaluating sample process(material, embroidery, accessories etc).

Is your company ethical/Ethically made?

Yes. All garments and products manufactured by Garments and Product Solutions are ethically made.We ensure that ALL staff work in safe working conditions, work normal hours, get breaks when needed, get paid the award wage.

How do i pay for my bulk order?

A 50% deposit is charged to action the order once sample approved. Our team will begin the production of your garments or products when you confirm all bulk details or adjustment.the final 50% balance needs to be paid before shipment pick up.
